Blastoise appears in the “Floating in the shade” habitat in every region as a Rare spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Floating in the shade”, place Inflatable boat ×1, Beach Parasol ×1, Water ×2 — 3 items in total. Talk to Blastoise when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Humid), its favorite flavor (Sour flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Cleanliness, Healing) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Water, Trade specialties.
