Brionne appears in the “Bubbly stage” habitat in every region as a Rare spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Bubbly stage”, place Small stage ×1, Bubble machine ×2 — 2 items in total. Talk to Brionne when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Sweet Flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Play spaces, Group activities) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Hype, Trade specialties.
