Buizel appears in the “Smoothie-making spot” habitat in every region as a Common spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Smoothie-making spot”, place Blender ×1, Plated food ×1, Table (any) ×1 — 3 items in total. Talk to Buizel when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Dry flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Soft stuff, Spinning stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Chop, Trade specialties.
