Talk to Cubone when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Dry), its favorite flavor (Bitter flavors), its favorite things (Lots of dirt, Construction, Exercise) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Build specialty.
