Finneon appears in the “Marine mossy rest spot” habitat in every region as a Common spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Marine mossy rest spot”, place Sea moss ×1 — 1 item in total. Talk to Finneon when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Sour Flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Colorful stuff, Shiny stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Hype specialty.
