How do you recruit Inkay?
Inkay appears in the “Muddy playtime” habitat in every region as a Rare spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Muddy playtime”, place Windup Inkay ×1, Towel rack ×1, Floating logs ×1, Muddy water ×2 — 4 items in total. Talk to Inkay when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Dark), its favorite flavor (Sweet Flavors), its favorite things (Complicated stuff, Strange stuff, Colorful stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Gather, Teleport specialties.
