How do you recruit Lugia?

Befriend Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, craft the Tidal Bell, then ring it when Lugia flies overhead
- Collect the Silver Feathers that Lugia drops as it flies across the sky.
- After befriending Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres you receive the Tidal Bell recipe (5 Rare Pokémetal, 5 Silver Feather).
- Ring the bell while Lugia passes overhead — it descends and becomes your friend.
When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Humid), its favorite flavor (Dry flavors), its favorite things (Strange stuff, Nice breezes, Lots of water) in mind.
Source note: Seen flying overhead and drops a Silver Feather. After befriending Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres you get the Tidal Bell recipe (5 Rare Pokémetal, 5 Silver Feather); ring it when Lugia flies over.
