Pichu appears in the “Picnic Set” habitat in Withered Wastelands and Cloud Island as a Common spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Picnic Set”, place Seat (any) ×2, Table ×1, Picnic basket ×1 — 3 items in total. Talk to Pichu when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Sweet flavors), its favorite things (Electronics, Glass stuff, Cute stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Generate specialty.
