Pikachu appears in the “Picnic Set” habitat in Palette Town and Cloud Island as a Rare spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Picnic Set”, place Seat (any) ×2, Table ×1, Picnic basket ×1 — 3 items in total. Talk to Pikachu when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Sour flavors), its favorite things (Electronics, Glass stuff, Group Activities) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Generate specialty.
