Primarina appears in the “Elegant concert” habitat in every region as a Rare spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Elegant concert”, place Harp ×1, Marine chair ×1, Shell lamp ×2 — 3 items in total. Talk to Primarina when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Sour Flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Play spaces, Cute stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Hype, Scrub specialties.
