Talk to Tinkaton when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Bright), its favorite flavor (Spicy flavors), its favorite things (Cute stuff, Metal stuff, Construction) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Engineer specialty.
