Torkoal appears in the “Mossy hot spring” habitat in every region as a Common spawn (all times, all weather). To build “Mossy hot spring”, place Moss ×4, Hot-spring water ×2 — 2 items in total. Talk to Torkoal when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Warm), its favorite flavor (Dry flavors), its favorite things (Lots of fire, Stone stuff, Metal stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Burn specialty.
