To build “Treasure chest and sparkling jewels”, place Big treasure chest ×1, Sparkling jewelry ×1, Lantern ×1 — 3 items in total. Talk to Toxapex when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Warm), its favorite flavor (Dry flavors), its favorite things (Garbage, Lots of water, Sharp stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Recycle, Build specialties.
