Talk to Veluza when it shows up in the habitat to become friends and recruit it to your town. Bubbly Basin is only accessible with Expansion Pass Part 1 (DLC). When building its home, decorate the surroundings with its ideal environment (Cool), its favorite flavor (Sweet Flavors), its favorite things (Lots of water, Soft stuff, Sharp stuff) in mind. Once recruited, it helps around town with the Gather, Teleport specialties.
